Nice newer Dunkin but the coffee isn't as good as what it was years ago. Disappointing because it use to be my favorite hot coffee, not so much anymore. It's still a step up from McDonald's but I can get a better cup of coffee at Mary's market. This was however convenient. Maybe I'll try it once more before throwing in the towel completely.

They're rude and unapologetic for their mistakes and mishaps. The employees lack fundamental customer service skills and training. It's a shame because they're needed in this location but after 3-4 poor experiences,no thanks.

This store is so nasty they have coffee donuts and cups all over the floor and kitchen tables the girls who work there are so busy being on their phones the coffee isn't made right they do not care if you were satisfied with your order this place is just nasty they need new management

Was served disgusting coffee. Asked them to remake it and they refused. "Owners policy" but offered for me to pay for a new one. Both managers refused

They will screw up your order till you say no more.... And walk away defeated.... They load donuts in a bag with no wax paper seperaters.... They gave me a 'large' coffee the size of my palm for$5 missing the cream and sugar..... Then they added cream...no sugar ..all in one visit.... It was dead... Five workers..... Screw this place Just pass n pull into the next drive thru...
